I've used FFMPEG to make the animations I'm pretty sure you've seen before.
I set the bitrate higher than recommended for stream, it still looks like trash.
I know what HEVC means, I'm just saying the 4 minute video looked like garbage at 900MB
I'm using hardware encoding with an Nvidia 4060Ti.
I'll look into it, but not very hopeful.
You'll see when/if I post how garbage this looks.
