Bit of a grey area. The CEA prohibits event contracts involving any activity that is unlawful under State or Federal law. 'Involve' is unfortunately vague, but the CFTC is obviously aware of the incentives issue. If it resolved because of a crime, the contract would in all likelihood be cancelled. ...
