I think it also fixes the issue of queue priority.

In the past, i did comms which were simplest to most time consuming. If I got a new comm that was simple to do, I jumped to that one instead of older comms just because of how challenging they were

Now if you were in first, you're not gonna get pushed back anymore

I know a lot of people hated that, even if it wasn't necessarily unfair.
