@nprofile1q... Stray cats or feral cats? A stray is somebody's cat that has wandered off, and killing it might have legal repercussions. A feral cat on the other hand has never been anyone's cat and is, moreover, a bird-killing machine.
Personally, I don't see that tanning a skin is worse than leaving it to rot.
