All I know at the moment, is I need $100,000 boomer bucks to get out of debt and buy my childhood house off market before my dad sells it on the market and offs my grandparents value they provided to the world, when fiat actually had some value, just so he can pay off his new car, a liability, today when fiat has zero value. 😭
There are so many memories, like, I built my first bike at this house when I was 9. I smashed my pinky finger in the garage door and my whole nail fell off. I smoked my first joint in that garage when I was 13.

I just want to retain my grandparents value they provided, Then I can focus on going solar and eventually taking the property off grid entirely and the steps I'll need to do along the way to get these things done.
