Consider the lawsuits that will come seeking to reclaim stolen bitcoin…there are now two classes of non-fungible bitcoin tokens: stolen cold card bitcoin tokens and the rest. The legal system will differentiate between the two. Don’t get caught holding the wrong kind because the law is clear: you give those up and seek redress from the bad guy.
