The mandatory age verification stuff the UK is requiring (that's at least how Apple is pitching it and that seems legit?) that is rolling out in the new version of iOS blocks downloading apps rated 18+, turns on some Safari content filtering, and apparently blocks at least some in-app purchase stuff. It seems extraordinarily annoying, and I kinda hope the blowback convinces the government to reconsider the laws that seem to mandate it.
