My (amateur) theory is those tendons were designed for climbing trees. They're massively strong - when I row, the power of the five largest muscles in my body goes through them, and they easily handle it. But when you type or mouse or play piano, they soften up and "stick". Reset them by LHTAPTDA.

Don't go nuts of course - plenty of climbers get tendon problems because they climb and climb and climb. But a little really helps. When I start to feel "tight wrists" it's usually because for one reason or another I haven't had a row in a while. So that's my advice - LHTAPTDA.
