Hi, what about the privacy aspects, tracking of IP adresses?

Peach does not keep or track IP addresses. Nevertheless, we are using Cloudflare services for 2 things:
cloudflare checks if you are in a forbidden country
It performs some rate limiting to avoid spammers from trying to break Peach
