you have a bug that's really hard to reproduce. the whole team is banging their head against it, trying various fixes, nothing works. but there's this one guy who comes in, slowly makes himself a coffee, calmly looks at everything, maybe asks a question or two, and after that sits down for five minutes at his desk. he pushes a few commits. bug fixed. you always need that guy. and i'm happy to pay premium tokens for that guy.
