Canola mayo is considered the "good" kind. Usually its straight up soybean oil. Learn to make your own with US olive oil, its not that hard.

Exactly. The item you posted is the less than the equivalent of garbage dog food. Seed oils are not “food” and they are killing you. slowly.

the “liquid” part concerns me. even if you see avocado oil or olive oil mayo in store, usually it still has kore soybean oil in it than the oil that is advertised! i make my own. i gage uo trying to find any decent mayo
