@nprofile1q... Hmmm, them being Costco socks would make sense as I'm from Washington State. I always tend to get a pair from my mother at Christmas. One other possibility is that they're these Toesie Alpaca work socks from Ireland. I got a new pair of boots while in Galway and I might have purchased a pair of socks to go with them at the same time. I also got a new pair of boots when I was in Newcastle upon Tyne and definitely bought some "coolmax" socks there. They're too thin.
