The illusion of the "right world". Those who don't have my problem (because it's been in since before, because it had the "lucky blow" from the OG, or because it's a bot) tend to think that the system works. If I'm invisible, there must be some reason. It's easier to blame the victim ("you'll be boring", "you don't work hard enough", "you must have done something wrong", "study the protocol") than to admit that the mechanism is broken. It's a classic of social psychology.
