I don't agree with drink driving laws. Every night thousands of people drive with a BAC above the legal limit and get home safely. Causing property damage or hurting people are already crimes, but the penalty should fit the harm caused. If you drive intoxicated and kill somebody, going to prison for manslaughter doesn't solve anything. It doesn't make amends. You should be obligated to work and financially support their surviving family for the rest of your life. If you do not work on the outside to provide this support, then you should be placed in a prison factory and forced to work to create value. Yes this is slavery, and yes it is just.
