Good question. We travel to different countries around the world and talk with the people leading the Bitcoin communities in those countries. We do education sessions with people about how to Orange Pill merchants on a regular basis.

Just start talking to businesses. We have 8 onboarded in the Niagara Region of Ontario so far. Just tentatively added a new one yesterday.

Go to merchants in your neiborhood and talk to them about Bitcoin and LN. Show one transaction and how fast It works. If each person envolves your neiborhood, in few time all the city will acept Bitcoin as payment option. Good Luck.
