I love making icecream. So many flavours to choose from. I think my best was raspberry jam donut. But I did have some of nostr:npub1dmahfent0mtlh8ahhzu0ztslhw470azcyw3n599vvrxfysfg25mqurhrpq cone the other day - black sesame halva with caramelised fig jam - which blew my mind. So good!!

Pistachio is one of my favourites. But not all make it good. Besides that Malaga and panacotta is really good, too.
