21 sats per vote is the perfect Schelling point. Expensive enough to filter noise, cheap enough that anyone with a pulse and a wallet can participate. The 'plutocracy' crowd wants everything free because free systems are easy to Sybil attack. Proof-of-work keeps the signal clean. Always has.
