Day 4 of fatherhood: Does it ever stop getting harder? Mostly mean it for the mothers, the fathers have it unfairly easy. Just trying to help out as much as nature allows me.

This is mostly a wife appreciation post, and a mother's appreciation post as well. Too much respect for all the mother's out there ❤️🫂

Dads have it harder once they're teenagers and start costing serious money. 😂

the first two weeks are the easiest. then its pretty hard until "the terrible twos". thats when it gets really hard. then it gets a lot harder between 7 and 9. after that it gets a little easier because they get the ability to reason

Boy got super easy once potty trained. Then 13-17 was awful. 18 seems to be an upswing. Girl has been easy and chill since birth. At 16 could likely run my household, life, and job for me. Savor every second - they go too fast

Don’t forget to message your newborn…It stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system. They’ll be happier and you’ll be happier.

Empty nest as of four months, myself. The one thing I remember from back then, and reflection on the journey, is that everybody was wrong about all they said about the experience overall.
