With what wallets will the signers be able to work, e.g. Sparrow desktop?

Currently the Frostsnap app is the only wallet that supports FROST signing, however you can import the wallet into sparrow (or many other wallets) to build PSBTs etc which can be signed within the Frostsnap app.
