Tell him to swap out the concord. His funds should be safe in the meantime but there’s zero reason to leave it there. If you lost a key you would never leave it so there was no third option. That’s what he has right now. Replace the CC with a third key. Even a software key is fine for a decent multisig.

Centralized control is the real risk, not the key. Concord is a honeypot, courtesy of Visa and JP Morgan.

Thanks for the advice. My friend had to travel to collect the keys and move coins, so he was trying to assess the urgency and the risk until he was able to move the coins. Anyways now they are moved and safe. I’m assuming we are not trusting open dimes and tapsigners anymore either? What about th...
