Couple years ago had internet service cut off for dl'ing some torrents. And have gotten a few letters warning of it over the years as well. If ISPs get the copyright strike letter, they generally act on it.

Happens with all the canadian ISPs too. You will get threats from them when you start torrenting stuff.
