Just something I observe many humans never ever notice..

Your subconscious doesn’t know anyone else.

It only knows you.

So when you criticize someone,
when you judge, mock or diminish…

your mind hears & listens.

“This is about me.”

Basically just like self talk but wearing a mask.

That’s why words matter more than morals in my humble pov.

Why inner language shapes outer life.

That’s why resentment poisons the well it’s drawn from.

Most of this runs unconsciously.

On autopilot.

Like bad code inherited and never audited.

Thoughts imprint & words program.

Feelings reinforce.

So every time you speak about the world, your reality of life ask yourself quietly…

“Would I want this sentence installed in my own operating system?”

Awareness is an update to your code.

Silence is the debugger of it.

Which means kindness is literally self defense.

Watch your mouth & words retards.

They’re always listening.
