I have a question... I would be interested in hearing thoughts or opinions on it. I don't know much about it at all.

It's about autism versus ADD (attention deficit disorder). I'm pretty sure autism has some specific ways to determine, 'that person is autistic." I know there's the spectrum, whatever that means.

To me (and I may be totally wrong), ADD in many cases seems bogus... or it's just annoying when people preface saying something with, "I have ADD."

What's the story on the two?

I think it's nonsense. Some kids genuinely have conditions where they're extremely hyperactive, but I don't believe most ADD cases are genuine. And kids who are genuinely extremely hyper are rae rare, but you know when you see them
