I carry a Graphene Pixel with me wherever I go. It doesn't have a phone number, only data, which I pay for via sats. I love it. I play with it constantly while I'm out and about.

The only problem, though, are the questions: "Father, why do you have two phones?"

I still haven't been able to come up with a good answer that didn't sound overly technical or dumb. 😂

My go to is usually along the lines of "this one doesn't actually have cell service, it's just a pocket computer. The other ones are my work phone and a flip phone I use like a portable land line."

Same here, except I rely on WiFi for my GrapheneOS/Pixel. My Samsung is a normie phone for when I absolutely have to use it. No one has asked me yet about it. Hopefully no one thinks you are a drug dealer.
