Really only applicable based on the US but the general public is not culturally prepared to omit meat from their diet. Most folks never get taught how to cook let alone without meat. I feel like most arguments against veganism that are good faith aren't going to negate the value of it inherently but rather the actual implementation of veganism in society. I think the only actual argument against it would be dietary issues and disability. Only approved diet for IBS is low FODMAP and countless vegan options are high in FODMAPS when folks are doing food trials in the hospital after severe food allergies, they usually start with bacon as it almost never triggers food allergies especially related to MCAS!
