Best reality show ever. Especially season one.

I've learned a lot from this show. It's not totally practical from a survival sense, which is a different situation. However, I did learn a lot about human perserverance, nutrition, and priorities.

I just finished the latest season and still amazed by people’s fortitude and determination.

Great show. It's a good demonstration of how our ancestors survived and why consuming animal fat is so crucial.

Article circle was much better than previous season.

I think about it often.
