A crazy day...started off with the generator on our block blowing out (louder than a gunshot) so the power went out for the third time this month. Thankfully, it was restored within just over an hour. I don't want to rely heavily on power, but unfortunately I do, at the time, so I'm looking into UPS. I'm a renter of a unit in a triplex home and aware of some options, most are way out of my budget so I guess that's something to save for.
Still managed to get my chores done and stuff, and stayed cool (it wasn't hot out yet). Then had a meeting with my fellow anarchists group...we are planning the rest of our outdoor Agora Markets (https://tcfreedomcell.com/market).
The meeting was held way out of my way in order to be convenient for other attendees, who sadly weren't able to make it bc they were helping an older relative move belongings into storage. I still got to have a nice chat with someone else who was there, and grabbed a good lunch (roast beef on one of my low carb buns).
Then I had to make some returns and do some banking, and neither of those errands went well bc of some logistical stuff and then it got really hot and I was tired of having spent 2 hours on 4 buses (standing around about 20 minutes for each one). But at the end of it all, I got some 🌿 for sats, went home, washed the heat and grit off myself and chilled with my mini split running ice cold AC, hit the oneie, and all was good again. The rest of the weekend wil lbe spent getting some more web work done for a good organization and hopefully be done soon.
Day could have been better, but it is what it is.
