My go to! Been my way for years. Upgraded to a glass piece myself though... For plastic reasons. I like how quick this method is while still keep the coffee hot 👌

It is a good method. My go to’s are pour over, French press, and moka pot.

Is your pour over strainer not fine enough to not use the filter? The benefit of a pour over is that you don't need the filter, which costs money and absorbs the coffee oils.

Yeah, I like that method. But my French Press results in a warmer and stronger cup.
