I believe that if you are born in a western country and in a decent family that is100% true. Not the case for everyone else. Some people are victims.

Your beliefs make you a victim, not your circumstances. There's probably just as many victims in the West as in the East. Everything is happening for you, not to you. Instead of waiting to be saved, ask what you can learn from the experience.
