I’ve tried many different versions of fried chicken, but what I really love is a flaky, crispy coating. I recently tried a simple version using only flour.. no egg and no breadcrumbs.. and I actually liked it even more!

I guess that’s the secret to getting that flaky coating. No matter how you cook your fried chicken, it can still be delicious. There’s no single best recipe or one person who cooks better than everyone else. It all depends on your taste and how you season your food. We shouldn’t look down on someone else’s recipe just because they cook it differently.
