I think in theoretical terms in outlier cases Bitcoin’s price range is $30,000 to $250,000.

I don't think we'll see sub 50k again, ever. For that to happen we need a full fledged war, global economic collapse or another major and unexpected economic event. Then again, we wont see a million per coin by 2030 if we can't even hit 200k this cycle. So for me Bitcoin's exchange rate is whatever...
