I had coffee this morning with my neighbour who is in insurance. He is a super cool guy that I have a lot of respect for. He is very forward thinking but trapped in corporate culture. I asked him about how AI is being accepted into his industry. The company he works for has approx 500 employees. He said that the company recently gave out prizes for innovative use of AI last month. One of the winners was someone who had used AI to summarise a conversation they had had with a client. OMFG was all I could think!
