Not renewing lease terms, sub leasing current spaces, reducing staff to bare minimum, canceling every service, selling everything not daily essential, zero debt

I only have one black swan in my organizations that will finaly terminate in April of 2028

I want my family and companies to be as light, nimble and free to make big adaptions over the next five years
