Autophagy full on at this point. I have done 3 days fasting. Fees quite good. How often do u go 3 days? I tried OMAD for a month and noticed my skin cleaning up … lost 15lbs. I am also into Celtic salt in the morning with a bit of cayenne pepper ;)
