Had a long conversation with @Samah tonight about the growing number of people I talk to on any given day who are just grinning and bearing it. They do their best to hide their pain, but it's written all over their faces.

Yes, be strong. Yes, be stoic. But also, be real. We owe it to ourselves and to each other. Life is hard. It's harder when you try to pretend otherwise.
