Cool concept, but with Vanuatu Bible Translation as the main actor I wonder: Is the primary goal cultural preservation or religious influence? Both can work, but transparency about that would be fair.

This goes far beyond mere entertainment. By meeting the youth where they already are on screens and in virtual worlds Glyphlings is transforming language preservation from a passive academic exercise into an active, community-driven movement.

This organization relies almost solely on Bitcoin donations. To produce a game like this will require significant zapping from plebs. Helping minority language groups of the world is what Jesus was all about

Q: What languages do the characters speak? Give examples, because it would be quite unusual though praiseworthy.

Preserving a language means preserving a piece of human history. If Glyphlings can turn language learning and documentation into something engaging, while genuinely working with the communities who speak these languages, it could have a meaningful impact. Curious to see...
