Yes and no. I agree that he's definitely selling these to "upper middle" strivers. Like basically an expensive Mustang - that's the one with no thrusters. But he's also selling to like oligarch founder types (and Jay Leno) that just do not care what the number is and want one of The Fastest Car On ...
