Very roughly, you can make it in two days. I chose peak travel dates, but normally it's around €90 for one adult. If you have enough time, my preference would be Barcelona > French Riviera > Milano > Verona > Innsbruck > Salzburg. A second option would be from Milano to Switzerland and then to Salzburg. Overall, it can be cheaper if you have kids and other factors.
