In the past, whenever I was unsure about a direction that NostrPlebs.com should go, I asked the community. We've always been Bitcoiners building services for Bitcoiners and Nostriches building services for Nostriches. So, here is my current dilemma.

We're about to launch a new service. It has the potential to be very big and very important to not only us as part of our service offerings, but hopefully to the greater Nostr community too.

I'm having trouble deciding if we should brand this as a brand new service by Nostr Plebs. ie. NostrAwesome.com by Nostr Plebs or as Nostr Plebs: Awesome.

I believe treating it as it's own entity or its own website and a separate service under the Nostr Plebs umbrella is the way to go here, but I also don't want to dilute or take away from our branding. Part of me wants to continue to use the branding that people know.

Thoughts?

Kick it up a notch with AwesomeSauce by NostrPlebs, the protocol condiment.

I get that the plebs thing is a cool self-deprecating thing or re-ownership of meaning from the Bitcoin sphere and it has deep meaning referring to history of currency etc but new Nostr users may not want to associate themselves with the term. So I would avoid plebs or plebeians just for more wides...

IMO, Nostrplebs : Awesome sounds good. If a new one is correlated then under the old good thing is not a bad idea.

I really like the idea of being able to go to nostrplebs and find everything you offer right there. It's hard enough already to keep track of every new Nostr creation and/or experiment.
