I have a ton of respect for Jack Mallers. He is in the arena while most of us are just armchair quarterbacks. I don’t question his dedication to bitcoin and he has the resume to back it up. But he really fucked up big time. He’s gotta take this on the chin like a man.

Reading between the lines it seems pretty clear this was over ideological differences WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY OBVIOUS FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. I’m a dumb pleb and even I know cantor and tether have deep state ties… so what did you expect? Where was the due diligence on a multi billion dollar transaction? Wouldn’t you know what you’re signing up for and who you’re working with? But what do I know
The bright side is that I think it’s safe to assume Jack isn’t compromised and is still acting in good faith. He’s just more naive than I thought and had to learn a hard lesson in a very public way.
