Depends on how strong it is.
If it’s just mild we’ll get less cyclones, which isn’t too bad. If it’s strong we’ll have a drought which, in a bad year, can cover most of the continent.
It’s still rainy where I am at the moment which is normal for winter, so all good for now. The following spring/summer might be more challenging.

Right right totally forgot the seasons are flipped, so far so good than ☺️ last I still remember was the 2020 fires 🔥

Interesting similar effects as us in the PNW of the US El Niño for us usually means drier and warmer winters.
