I am pretty sure you have multiple profiles and "dev.zapstore.app" has NOT been uninstalled from all of them. That explains why you can install rc1: it has a different app ID "dev.zapstore.alpha"
I don't know how you got into that situation but as I said before you fix it by running adb uninstall. ...
