Hardly slept at all Thursday night. Took an extra green pill sometime during the night. Was obsessing about Nancy Green trying to figure out ways of dealing with her.
Achy tired Friday. Still couldn’t stop thinking about Ms Green. Took two extra pills Friday.
Know I’m still not back to 100% or I would be able to deal with the Green issue and move on. Feel stronger than I did a couple of weeks ago but am frustrated at my inability to put it out of my mind. Took one extra green pill Saturday.
Saw Circ de Soleilel Saturday night. Good. Got good night’s sleep last night. Feel relaxed today. Am in control for the moment. Seems that something that gets me emotionally riled up triggers instability. Have to get my emotional stability back.
