I think it mostly went to lightning. That's where my tx's have moved to anyway. I'm at least 10-1 lightning to on chain. Probably way more

You don't need a blockchain if you "move" bitcoin between ETFs using Coinbase.

Bitcoin's blockchain is becoming a final settlement layer. 🤷🏻‍♂️
