i built a durable, provider agnostic, local first llm workflow engine with human in the loop. nothing novel but gives you the building blocks to make processes explicit, declarative, repeatable, versioned, eval friendly. a variant of the engine is powering ~70 workflows in my company, from the SDLC to every part of the business. tools for deterministic computation, llms for bounded reasoning and humans for qa and accountability. still needs work but seeing the same primitives work across vastly different domains.
