Perhaps this is at least in part why bitcoin and similar 'ideologies' are not destined to be adopted by the majority - it challenges their very existence in principle. But also why we push for their adoption, because they would, at least in theory, eliminate that class of society since it is in direct opposition to them and their beliefs.
