@nprofile1q... not everything is racist nonsense. Self analysis is good for everyone. It absolutely is something missing in modern culture. We used to talk shit so you didn't really need self analysis, others told you your flaws but nowadays with people raised with participation awards it is something needed in major parts of our society.
