Yes. Not all of them maybe, but most of them IF they don't have a problem such some scratch, or some hole or whatever, like these in the photo, they will last. For example about my potatoes, the small ones or those which have some problem are being kept separated. Some will be cut to be ready for frying and... i don't know about the rest 😀, that's a woman's thing in our household 😀. I produce them, carry them and cut some of those that have some problem.
Btw stay tuned because fairly soon, unless something happens, we will make this below (we call it τραχανάς) and probably i will post some photos, plus some local type pasta (using our goats milk and our chickens eggs)

Now I'm intrigued to learn more about food preservation. I would def keep an eye on your upcoming tarhana and pasta, your own goat milk and chicken eggs already sound delicious!
