Same here until now. I started experimenting with NIP-46 this week.

Couldn't install nsecbunker, and nsec.app seemed to be dropping signing requests. Inkan needs some periodic signing of bespoke events to disseminate identity-related data, and only some of these were getting through.

Today I'll try Amber, Aegis and Nowser.
