USA knows exactly where the Cartel leadership lives. They drone a dozen cartel leaders in their "safe" estates, "war" over... at least during Trump presidency. The cartels won’t go quietly. If the trump admin does this expect Mexican style terror campaigns in American cities. U.S. special forces will win ultimately but not without collateral damage.
